After receiving your registration, you will receive a confirmation letter and an invoice. Please transfer the amount of the fee before the date of the event and indicate the account number and the name of the participant on the invoice . We can guarantee the admission to the event if we receive the amount 3 working days prior to the event.
In case of delayed payment the participant is obligated to reimburseing the costs of the notice and the collection.
IIR retains the rights to make program changes.
Cancellation is permitted only in writing! In case of cancellationwe charge 20.000 Ft+VAT, and if we receive cancellation within two weeks before the conference, we charge 40.000 Ft+VAT for administrative expenses. In case of cancellation within 2 days before the event, the participant is obligated to pay the whole admission fee. Substitution is permitted.
After receiving your registration, we send you the confirmation and the invoice by post. If you should not receive them within a week, please contact our customer service assistant at (+36-1) 459 73 00.
