How do you know the your registration was valid?
If you register online to our event and you indicated your e-mail address for confirmation, the system will automatically send you a confirmation letter. If you register via fax or post or at the website, without indicating your e-mail address, we send you a confirmation letter recommended by post the next working day after receiving your registration. Parking information and the invoice is sent by post.
Where does the event take place?
The venue of the conferences, Masterclass courses and Certified courses are indicated on the brochures and at our website. Participants of trainings and seminars receive notification via post and phone call about the venue and the parking possibilities one week before the event.
Where do you find information about parking?
We can provide free parking for those participants only who parked at the place indicated in the parking information letter. You can find more information about parking on our website (Contact Us / Location )
When does an event start?
Registration starts at 8.30, the event starts at 8.50.
How can the participation fee accounted against vocational contribution?
Based on the joint decree of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Employment and Labour No. 3/2004 (II. 17. ) on the vocational training of employees of companies and the settlement of such expenses, the Ministry of Education permits every employer to reduce the vocational contribution payment obligation to the maximum extent of 33% . The rate of the accountable costs per participant and per training day may not exceed 40% of the minimum wage.
The process of the utilization of the vocational contribution
The followign contracts have to be concluded:
Service contract between IIR Magyarország and the Employer
Training contract between IIR Magyarország and the participant (or, in lack of such contract, a statement that such contract will be concluded before the beginning of the trainiing)
Study contract between the Employer and the participant.
IIR Magyarország provides the Employer with the following documents along with the contract:
An authorized copy of our certificates, which are fully equivalent to the original The Hungarian language training programme, which includes the description of the training program
Having all such documents, the Employer fill in the accounting request and submits the request with arguments for the necessity of the training programme to the Labour Centre with territorial jurisdiction, along with the above mentioned documents before the beginning of the training. The Labour Council will decide on the request within 30 days from the date of submission or at the next meeting of the council.
What happens if you registered, but cannot attend?
Cancellation is permitted only in writing! In case of cancellation of the participation, we charge 20.000 Ft+VAT, and if the withdrawal is in two weeks before the conference, we charge 40.000 Ft+VAT for administrative costs. In case of cancellation within 2 days before the event, participants are obliged to pay the whole admission fee. Substitution is possible upon written notice, one day prior to the event until 17.00.
